My responsibilities included evaluating the existing systems, establishing and implementing computer solutions, giving continued support, ensuring system security and compliance, and managing vendor relationships. In addition, I offered training to staff members, kept project expenditure low, made plans for disaster recovery, and informed my organization about new technology trends that could keep us ahead of our competitors.
